II. Tuition of the Ph.D. and non-degree graduate students

The training leading to the educational and scientific degree of doctor is carried out by a degree program in a field of science corresponding to the professional sphere for which the educational and qualification degree of master was conferred. A similar principle of closeness of the spheres of the previous and future training is observed with non-degree graduate students.

The regular term for full-time courses leading to the scientific degree of doctor is four years minimum after the acquisition of a bachelor's degree (in case of part-time training five years) and three years minimum after the acquisition of a master's degree (in case of part-time training - four years).
The tuition of non-degree graduate students aims at increasing their qualifications and extending their knowledge in a particular professional or scientific sphere.
The instruction of international students can also be carried out in a foreign language (English, French, German and Russian).

III. Tuition fees

The tuition fees are determined by a decree of the Council of Ministers on a yearly basis. For the academic 2009-2010 the tuition fee for a full-time Ph.D. or non-degree program is 3500 EUR and for a part-time one - 2000 EUR.
